The Advanced Resource Center for Innovation and Education (ARC) in Warroad, Minnesota is a collaborative hub focused on education, workforce development, and innovation in advanced manufacturing and technical fields. ARC’s mission is to connect students, educators, and industry by providing hands-on learning experiences, access to modern technology, and clear pathways into high-demand careers—especially in areas like Mechatronics, automation, and robotics. Through training, tours, partnerships, and outreach, ARC works to inspire learners of all ages and strengthen the future workforce in our region.
